Reality Remix is an end of year celebration of the Australian VR AR 360 industry created for VR hobbyists, enthusiasts and industry members, brought together by the new association Realities Australia. End the year in style in this unique one day event with dozens of demos, talks, live VR art, a VR fireside chat with world leading experts and an entertaining burlesque reality show.

Each Wednesday at the Vibewire Common Room, our special guest speaker takes us through a serendipitous moment that changed their lives.
This week's serendipitous speaker - Rachel Beaney, social media legend.
Rachel Beaney is a freelance digital and social media specialist. She’s worked for advertising agencies working with clients including Microsoft, has worked in-house heading up social media at Network Ten and dabbled in the world of startups. Rachel is now freelance, working on clients like NewsCorp, NRMA, The SA Government and many more. In her spare time, Rachel enjoys playing video games, reading (terrible) crime fiction, creating clay animation, attending hackathons and playing with dogs in the park.
Serendipity is a storytelling series reflecting an entrepreneurial life and the chance encounters that change our lives for better or for worse. Serendipity happens each Wednesday evening from 6pm at the Vibewire Common Room. All are welcome!

Flux - Design Your Life

Flux is Australia's first hackathon to explore the future of human behaviour. We'll be exploring the role of people, culture and creativity in designing a better tomorrow and examining questions like; where are human beings going? What can we do to improve or enhance human life and happiness? and how might we hack culture?
There will also be some epic prizes including a fully-funded two-week mission to Silicon Valley in November which includes spending time with the likes of Facebook, Google, Twitter, and Airbnb and rubbing shoulders with Aussie tech entrepreneurs and investors in Silicon Valley.
