List of hackathons in Baku, Azerbaijan in 2020

The International Bank of Azerbaijan and IBA Tech Academy are organizing the biggest innovative event which is targeted on banking business needs. IBA Hackaton is a coding challenge for those who want to collaborate and find new ways for SME and Retail Banking Maintainance through technologies and open-mindedness. During 2 days, 29 February and 1 March the participants will be working and coding in groups to achieve the most effective results. The IBA Regional Hackathon’s main directions: There will be different target directions. Participants are free to choose one of the following topics or directions:SME banking: SME lending, integrated solutions, micro-financing, payments, data analytics, credit scoring, trade finance, Customer services: loyalty programs, KYC, personal finance management, and more. Who can submit? If you are a back-end developer, front-end expert, finance professional, college/grad student or entrepreneur, you are most gladly welcome. About IBA Hackathon IBA is a pioneer in engaging a community of developers and entrepreneurs through its ever-transforming banking solutions and programs. Now we are starting a coding challenge at which developers, professionals, entrepreneurs, and enthusiasts will team up for a weekend, ideate around innovative solutions, build prototypes or demos, and pitch them to judges. At this 36-hours long Hackathon, we aim to identify disruptive ideas that could help to develop use cases in targeted areas.
