Bataclan goes Dataclan! This years social experiment has internet privacy in it's cross hairs. Our resident hackers will harvest data with permission of the participating audience. And will present this data to you to do something creative with it. - Let's set up a conference call with all participants. - Write a script that faceswaps embarrasing pictures - Find our visitors tinder/two/facebook profile. - Find the most 'avarage' visitor - Do something with all the logged WiFi traffic. We provide: - Wireless - Power - chair/table - A metric shit-ton of data you have permission to play with. Feel free to hang out, join the brainstorm, play with the code and the data. Hello everyone, Summer is coming soon and it’s the perfect excuse to have a drink & tapas while meeting the Sharify community on Monday 26th of June 2017 at 6:30 PM!  ▶  Who are we?  A community of change makers that aims at creating a positive social impact! The amount of hackathons is growing exponentially in the world, and in Belgium too. Hackers are every single individual willing to disrupt traditional models and innovate collaboratively through hackathons. Hackers pop-up in every region of our country, and you might unconsciously be one of them. It’s time to gather those talents! HackSummit, in its beta version, is the first summit dedicated to the rising trend of hackathons. The purpose is to celebrate the hacking phenomenon, understand its future and identify opportunities to improve its impact. At the end of the second day, the teams will present their prototypes to each other and the jury. Like the previous Hackathon, the presentations for the coming edition will be open to the public. Mobile developers, front- en back-end ontwikkelaars, één opdracht, geen internet en een idyllisch fort in ‘the middle of nowhere’. Oftewel: de hoofdingrediënten voor onze hackathon Back2Basics op vrijdag 9 juni! Ontwikkelen, creëren en verbeteren. Dagelijkse kost voor developers. Maar we willen betere en snellere digitale applicaties bouwen, de nieuwste technologie gebruiken en daarmee onszelf en klanten overtreffen. En dat alles start bij een stabiele basis! Daarom organiseren wij de hackathon: Back2Basics. Test of jij de basis echt beheerst! Weten wat er onder de motorkap speelt, ook zonder het gebruik van frameworks. Hoe dan? Door kennis te delen en samen de uitdaging aan te gaan. De hackathon is een kans voor ontwikkelaars om terug te keren naar de basis: geen frameworks, maar ook geen internet! Het enige waar je gebruik van maakt, is je eigen basiskennis over een specifieke programmeertaal. Documentatie is wel toegestaan. Terug in de tijd Ontwikkelingen volgen elkaar op de voet, waardoor het fundament soms wordt vergeten. Stevige bouwwerken staan na eeuwen nog overeind. En dat willen wij ook; een betrouwbaar fundament ontwikkelen. In Fort Sabina in Heijnen dompelen we ons gedurende een dag onder in het verleden. Tussen de bouwstenen van een idyllisch en robuust fort werken de deelnemers aan de opdracht. Win deze hackathon! Als deelnemer krijg je pas op de dag zelf te horen wat de opdracht inhoudt. Hierdoor heeft niemand een voorsprong met de voorbereiding. Uiteindelijk werk je in een team van 3 a 4 personen aan de opdracht. Kom je als winnaar uit de bus? Na de Tweede Kamerverkiezingen, het aantreden van een nieuwe Kamer, de huidige formatiebesprekingen en Verantwoordingsdag in mei staat deze editie van Accountability Hack in het teken van innovatieve vormen van verantwoording. Hoe kan open data ingezet worden om effectiviteit en doelmatigheid van beleid en uitgaven te controleren?  We dagen jullie uit om met open data toepassingen te maken die op een duurzame manier bijdragen aan dat doel! Er zijn verschillende challenges die uitgeschreven worden door de organiserende organisaties. Je kan ervoor kiezen een van deze challenges uit te werken of je eigen ideeën uit te voeren tijdens de hackathon.  Er is in totaal €7.500 aan prijzengeld beschikbaar. Alle informatie is te vinden op AccountabilityHack.nl.  Over Accountability Hack Accountability Hack is een initiatief van de Algemene Rekenkamer en de Tweede Kamer samen met het CBS en de ministeries van Binnenlandse Zaken, Buitenlandse Zaken, Financiën en Infrastructuur en Milieu. De hackathon wordt georganiseerd in samenwerking met Open State Foundation. Accountability Hack is voor developers, programmeurs, designers en datajournalisten. Voor beleidsmakers, datahouders, financial trainees, bestuurders en Kamerleden is er een apart side-event. Je dient je voor het respectievelijke onderdeel aan te melden, maar uiteraard kun je als developer ook naar het side-event gaan en kunnen niet-developers bij de hackathon kijken. Belangrijk: Omdat de Accountability Hack in de Tweede Kamer georganiseerd wordt, dien je je vooraf via dit formulier aan te melden.
