Netherlands-based Developers, UX/UI Designers, Data Scientists (-Analysts), and Marketers - it’s time to move!
The ANWB, NS, Air France-KLM, and HTM are organising the second edition of the Dutch Mobility Hackathon, and are once again on the hunt for new, cutting-edge solutions in travel and mobility.
The goal is to create solutions that will steer travelers—both in the Netherlands and outside—towards making more meaningful and effective choices when it comes to their travel routes.

Le 9 novembre et le 10 novembre 2018, l’Ordre français des avocats du barreau de Bruxelles, le Nederlandse Orde van Advocaten Bij de Balie te Brussel organisent à l’intermédiaire de l’Incubateur européen du barreau de Bruxelles et en collaboration avec le Centre Perelman de l’Université libre de Bruxelles le premier hackathon juridique belge.
Le hackathon est un concours réunissant des personnes disposant de compétences juridiques ou informatiques. Il prend la forme d’une compétition entre des projets présentant des aspects informatiques et destinés à faciliter le travail des avocats. Ces projets sont réalisés par des équipes en fonction d’un cahier des charges. Le thème du concours pour l’année 2018 est la récupération de créance. Les meilleurs projets sont récompensés par des prix d’un montant total de 6000 Euros.
Les équipes sont formées par les organisateurs afin de garantir une répartition équitable des compétences. Les langues de travail sont l’anglais ou le français en fonction de la composition des équipes. L'anglais et le français pourront être utilisés dans la présentation finale.
L’inscription et la participation au Hackathon est gratuite. Toutefois, afin de s’assurer du sérieux des inscriptions, une caution de 5 euros est demandée lors de celle-ci, dont la restitution est garantie à tous les participants effectifs au concours. L'impossibilité pratique de procéder au versement de la caution (par exemple pour les étudiants ne possédant pas de carte VISA) ne doit pas constituer un frein à la participation au hackathon et un arrangement pourra toujours être trouvé.

A propos de hackARENA
hackARENA est le premier hackathon en Belgique dédié aux stades connectés et à l'expérience fan.
Tout commence le samedi matin par l’audition de pitch d’idées et continue par des sessions de brainstorming, de développement de business plans et de co-création. hackARENA culmine le dimanche par des démonstrations et des présentations.
Les participants ont l’opportunité de collaborer avec des pairs en dehors de leurs réseaux traditionnels. Les équipes participent à des workshops donnés par des experts reconnus et reçoivent des conseils. Le weekend est centré autour de la prise d’action, de l’innovation et de la formation.
Politique de Cautionnement
Une caution de 20€ est demandée à l'inscription. Celle-ci sera remboursée aux participants présents à hackARENA dans les jours suivant le week-end.

About hackARENA
hackARENA is the first hackathon in Belgium dedicated to connected fans and experiences. It starts on Saturday morning with a presentation of ideas and continues with brainstorming sessions, developing business plans and co-creation. hackARENA ends on Sunday with the demonstrations and presentations. The participants have the opportunity to work outside of their traditional networks. The teams will take part in workshops given by experts. The weekend is centered around initiative, innovation and training.
Bonding Policy
A deposit of 20 € is required at registration. This will be returned to the participants at the end of the weekend.
Conditions of Participation

Inspirational Event BrightHack (Kick-off)

KVK and Brightlands Smart Services Campus joined forces to organize BrightHack, an exciting hackathon weekend (48 hours) on issues concerning Crime, Health, Education and International Trade from Friday November 30 until Sunday December 2 at the Brightlands Smart Services Campus in Heerlen.
Prior to the BrightHack marathon, an inspirational event will be held on Tuesday, 30 October at the KVK in Eindhoven (John F Kennedylaan 2). An evening of networking, pitches and inspirational workshops. We will prepare you for the upcoming hackathon and give you more information about the Heerlen-event. Our main goal is to inspire and kick start your idea generating.
Are you a passionate developer, analysts, entrepreneur or creative? Then join the inspirational event (for free). Development skills are useful but not required. You don’t have to be a programmer and you certainly don’t have to be majoring in Computer Science.

We encourage participants to start brainstorming, organizing teams and coding. This is the perfect time to join NEO discord and try to build a team to map out for the next few weeks. We hope the time period from Sep 21st to Oct 21th can be used to sketch out the delegation of work and start coming up with ideas and solutions for the Challenge. Do your best to accomplish as much as possible in this period. It should be the main bulk of the hackathon.
