List of hackathons in Sofia, Bulgaria in 2018

Paysafe Bulgaria will host its first hackathon on March 31st and April1st in Sofia. The event, held by leading global payments provider Paysafe which was recently named the largest software company in Bulgaria, is open to all IT engineers with a passion for technology and coding. Here at Paysafe we believe that innovation leads to success. This is why we’re inviting you to gather your dream team and join us to innovate and learn together. Register for our hackathon in Sofia and let’s see if we can make an impact in two days full of coding, hacking and a lot of fun. The hackathon will take place at Capital Fort, Sofia, and there will be three main challenges focusing on: Re-inventing mobile transactions. Infrastructure/ tooling for Cloud. Social payments, integrated in either messenger apps, collaboration tools or video games. The rules of engagement: Up to 20 teams can participate in the event with a maximum of 4 members per team who should register together. Each team should present their own unique idea that falls within one of the challenges above. Ideas are subject to review. All participants should provide their own laptop. Please prepare yourself, e.g. install everything you will need or prepare code scaffolding for your project. Food and drinks will be provided. All teams will present their work in front of a jury of renowned experts and prizes will be awarded for the best products: € 5,000 for first place, € 3,000 for second place and € 1,500 for third place. Every approach that works is a valid approach. На 10-11 Март 2018 г. в София с домакинството на Националната Спортна Академия „Васил Левски“ ще се проведе за първи път в България иновативното състезание за технологии в спорта - Спортни Хакатони България. Събитието е уникално по своя характер и има за цел да поощри използването на технологиите в спорта като предостави възможност на креативно мислещи екипи да разработват технологии, приложения и роботи за спорт.  Очакванията са, че симбиозата между спорт и технологии ще е предпоставка за страхотни нови идеи и предприемачески проекти. Първото издание на Спортни Хакатони България ще се фокусира върху шест категории, по които  екипите ще разработват проекти: Спортни технологии, приложения и данни; Спорт, музика и здраве; Спортно образование; Спортни мобилни игри; Спортни Интелигентни (SMART) Облекла; Спорт и медия.  Няма такси и възрастово ограничение за участие. Паралелно със Спортния Хакатон ще се проведе и първата високотехнологична конференция Sport Tech Conference с участие на лектори, които ще споделят най-добрите практики в областта на иновациите,  софтуерните и хардуерните технологично-базирани спортни решения.  Темите са обявени!
