List of hackathons in Toulouse, France in 2018

Aerospace Valley inaugurates the era of hackathons within the B612, the new Toulouse Metropolitan building dedicated to innovation in the space and aeronautics sector. This international event is a clever mix between two events of the kind: - Organized on 26th October and focusing on Climate changes, this event is supported by Climate-KIC as part of the global event (104 cities, 45 countries) of the Climathon  - Focusing on the use of satellite images to meet climate challenges, it is supported and and labelled by the European Commission as part of the Copernicus Hackathon  The objective of this event is to foster the emergence of new ideas and the creation of start-ups. To win the competition, the teams will have to deliver in 24 hours innovative solutions with high growth potential, using satellite data to fight climate changes. This event is open to everyone and participation will be in teams of 2 to 5 people. Business coaches and experts in the space and climate sector will be present during the 24 hours to support the teams. A Warm Up is planned on October 15th from 5pm to 9pm to present to the candidates the different data and tools made available by our partners during the event. Une compétition 100% Intelligence Artificielle pour challenger la santé Spécialistes de l'IA, venez vous challenger pendant 24 heures intenses sur une problématique santé ! Participez à la deuxième édition de l'IA Santé Challenge organisé par Pierre Fabre lors de l'Université d'Été de la e-santé (UEES) à Castres les 4 et 5 juillet prochains ! Le deuxième groupe pharmaceutique français cherche à détecter des talents, nouer des partenariats avec des start-ups et accélérer la transformation digitale des métiers de la santé. L'IA Santé Challenge En 2017, près de 150 participants ont planché sur la détection précoce du mélanome à partir de clichés dermatoscopiques de grains de beauté. En plus d'une somme d'argent, les gagnants ont eu l'opportunité exceptionnelle d'être accompagnés pendant 2 mois à l'IA Factory de Microsoft à Station F, le plus grand incubateur du monde. En 2018, Pierre Fabre organise son deuxième hackathon lors de l'Université d'été de la e-santé, dont il est partenaire historique. Le thème En phase avec le thème de l'UEES 2018 dédié aux "Intelligences", il s'agira pour les data scientists apprentis et confirmés et les start-up de s'appuyer sur l'Intelligence Artificielle et ses algorithmes pour contribuer à l'avancée de la recherche dans la santé.
