Come and join our efforts to unlock the potential of new technologies in thefood service industryandgastronomyfor the first time - it will be a weekend of combining our love of food and technology. The goal of theGastroHackathonis to solve gastronomy oriented challenges and create new solutions in a rapid prototyping format. To achieve this goal, four partners will host real-life challenges and participants (startups, students, innovators, entrepreneurs) will develop new prototypes in only 24 hours directly at the GAST Messe'19 in Salzburg.

DerHackathon #uppercode2019, der am18. und 19. Oktober 2019 in Linzstattfindet,ist ein 24-Stunden-Eventbei dem sich Teilnehmendeaus verschiedenen Disziplinen zusammenfinden. Im Team werden nützliche, kreative Prototypen und Projekte vor Ort entwickelt um das "Reisen des Gastes der Zukunft"zu ermöglichen. Dabei spielen Vorkenntnisse im Tourismus keine Rolle. Der Hackathon bringt Hackerinnen und Hacker zusammen, die Freude am Entwickeln und Umsetzen neuer Ideen und Projekte haben.Dabei stehen die Daten der Österreich Werbung über dieÖW-APIund derTOURDATATourismusdatenbankzur Verfügung.Das Resultat bei den Projekten muss aber nicht unbedingt touristischer Natur sein.Es sollte natürlich programmiert werden, die ÖW-API ist die Basis und gemeinsamer Anknüpfungspunkt. Darüber hinaus kann alles Beliebige angebunden werden. Machine Learning is becoming ever more present in the world of Music and Sound Production.You will find it in sound processing, mixing and mastering, composition tools, sound and speech synthesis, music information retrieval, and recommendation systems. These smart technologies enter the creative workspace as new artistic possibilities. They come as sound and music applications, plug-ins or new software tools. Projects like Magenta, Wekinator or ml5.js make it relatively easy to integrate machine learning in your own software projects, which makes a great start for a Hackathon.
