Mad Street Den is pleased to announce its Artificial Intelligence Hackathon, where the brightest talent gets a chance to work with the globally renowned team of AI and Computer Vision engineers, on the most cutting edge technology. The rules are simple, just sign up, and send in your response to a simple coding challenge. If we like what we see, you'll be hearing from us on the next steps.  Instructions: Step 1: Participate in the online coding round. The deadline for the submission of entries to this round is 23:59 hrs on April 21, 2017. This is an individual coding challenge, and will establish your basic eligibility. Step 2: Be invited to be part of the Hackathon at MSD HQ at Chennai. The challenges will include Engineering, Computer Vision, Data Science themes. You will also have the freedom to choose your own theme  Step 3: Learn, code and even get a full time employment offer with MSD.  How do I get invited to the event again? Simple. Just respond to the coding challenge and the instructions posted here, and get a chance to attend the next round. Don't forget. Just reserving a spot does not guarantee an invite to the next round at the Mad Street Den HQ. The prize is a job offer at MSD, no other compensation will be offered. All decisions will be made by MSD Management, and reserves the right to consider other criterion when making the final offers. What are the basic requirements for the event? Not much, really... basic know-how of python, willingness to learn and common sense should be able to help you get through! Oh, and of course, you'll need to complete the challenge before you can get an invite to the next round. How can I contact the organizer with any questions? Just drop in an email to careers@madstreetden.com with your questions.  What about my lodging, boarding and other arrangements? The hackathon will be a 2 day event on the weekend of April 29 and 30. All participants will be provided with lunch and snacks during the 48 hours. While sleeping bags and other arrangements will be provided for male participants who would like to stay over, there is also limited accommodation for female participants at the company guest house. The overnight stay is optional, and not really necessary. Mad Street Den looks forward to having a great learning and enjoyable event with all of you.
