List of hackathons in Galway, Ireland in 2016

Young people from across the Midwest of Ireland! Come and participate in a day of technology based fun in Limerick Institute of Technology. For those over 12 years of age, sign up for the Hackathon, a competition for kids who have some experience of Web Design, App Development or other coding skills. You'll be given a social problem and your challenge is to come up with an app or website that solves this problem.

A hackathon where the computer societies of Ireland come together! Join to meet computer scientists, engineers, hobbyists and administrators from all over the nation! It's a great opportunity to network and make new friends in faraway places as we explore the best Galway has to offer and bring to life ideas you might never have thought possible on your own!  Wether you like Arduino Hydroponics, Raspberry Pi mirrors, Home Automation, Emulators, PS1 development and so much more, there's a project to work on for everyone! Come and work on whatever project you feel like, with hardware provided to test on!
