Op de dag van De Duurzaamheid sluit de Duurzame Week Utrecht spetterend af. Trek je mooiste avondkleed aan en stap in je electrische limo. De groene loper ligt uit voor de Duurzame Week Award Night!Een avond voor iedereen die duurzaamheid in Utrecht een feestje vindt. In de spotlight staan de genomineerde voor de Duurzame Week Awards. Dé prijs voor Utrechtse initatieven die duurzaamheid zichtbaar maken, verbinden en inspireren in de categorieën; Retail, Horeca en Service. Twee weken lang kan er online gestemd worden door de inwoners van de stad. Tijdens deze avond krijgen de genomineerden nog één kans om de kiezers voor hen te winnen.
Een avond vol inspiratie, want naast de initiatieven pakken ook de drie beste teams van de Duurzame Week Hackathon podium. Zestien uur lang broedden zij op eco-vraagstukken van de stad, om deze avond te strijden voor het slimste idee. Om 21:00 uur spreekt de jury het verlossende woord en presenteert de winnaars van de DWAwards 2016. Begeleid door Nederlands groenste singer-songwrither Florian Wolff en - jawel- vegan DJ Wesdex sluiten we de Duurzame Week dansend af. Proost, op volgend jaar!

This is not a corporate hackathon, there are no prices to be won and the event is for developers only. The cost of ticket will cover your diner and some of the basic costs. Drinks will be on your own account. This is a non-profit who are not making any proceeds on this, their year long community sponsors allow them to cover most of the expenses of this event.

Attendees will be working with different EEG-type techniques to measure, visualize and interpret their own brain activity.
