Developers, designers, hackers in the Netherlands! Are you passionate about making cities more livable? Are you fascinated by image recognition technologies? If you're planning to attend the Dutch Data Science Week 2018, then the Municipality of Amsterdam invites you to participate in their hackathon, with the theme of Using Image Recognition to Track Urban Developments. You'll be challenged to design an innovative solution that uses open data sets from Amsterdam to help address one (or more) of four challenge areas--Neighborhood Developments, Citizen Reporting, Asset Management, and the Enforcement of Rules and Laws.
