You have  en we dagen JOU uit!Jouw resultaat kan van alles zijn, een volledig uitgewerkt concept,  een deels of volledige ontwikkelde software applicatie of een oplossing die bestaat uit een computerprogramma (App) op een iPad of Smartphone.  CHALLENGE 1Welke technologische toepassing kun je bedenken om mensen slimmer en efficiënter met elkaar te laten communiceren vanuit een zakelijke rol?CHALLENGE 2Op welke manier kunnen communicatieprikkels verminderd worden en #nuevenniet momenten verbeterd worden door tech oplossingen? BEOORDELINGSCRITERIAElk team presenteert de concepten aan een jury aan het einde van de hackathon, waarna de jury de concepten zal beoordelen op basis van diverse beoordelingscriteria. WINNEN! WINNEN! WINNEN!Buiten dat het natuurlijk al supertof is om deze uitdaging te winnen én om de hierbij behorende lofprijzingen in ontvangst te nemen, maak je ook nog eens kans op dikke prijzen € 1.000,- voor het team met het beste algemene concept/product op alle genoemde beoordelingscriteria, € 500,- voor het team met het meest innovatieve concept/product, € 500,- voor het team met het concept/product met het meeste (en realistische) potentieel. Daarmee ontstaat een overeenkomst tussen jou en Speakup waarop de deelnamevoorwaarden van toepassing zijn. Deze overeenkomst wordt per e-mail in het Nederlands bevestigd. Door je aan te melden, stem je uitdrukkelijk in met de voorwaarden. Als je je hebt aangemeld en je deelname wilt annuleren, dan kun je je via het Eventbrite-account dat wordt aangemaakt bij inschrijving altijd kosteloos afmelden.       Veelgestelde vragen Wat doen jullie met mijn gegevens?Wij vinden privacy erg belangrijk en dus delen we jouw gegevens absoluut niet met personen of bedrijven die niet deelnemen aan het evenement.  Heb je een id nodig of is er een leeftijdsgrens?De minimale leeftijd om deel te kunnen nemen aan dit event is 16 jaar. Een ID is niet nodig, hoewel je die vast standaard bij je hebt omdat dit nou eenmaal zo hoort. Klopt het dat de Hackathon ook 's nachts doorgaat?Dat heb je helemaal goed. We gaan non-stop door van de start- tot enddatum! Woon je in de buurt, dat staat het je vrij om na overleg met je teamleden, thuis een tukje te gaan doen.   Je hebt het over teams?Dat heb je ook helemaal goed. Je gaat samenwerken met maximaal 4 andere mensen. Een team bestaat dus maximaal uit 5 personen. Trommel dus vooral al je vrienden, mede-studenten en collega's op om ook deel te nemen.   Wat zijn de vervoers-/parkeermogelijkheden voor het evenement?Wij hebben een eigen parkeerterrein waar je je auto kwijt kunt als dit jouw voorkeur heeft wat vervoer betreft. Wij zijn  gevestigd recht tegenover de Universiteit Twente. De dichtsbijzijnde bushalte is op loopafstand. Het treinstation Enschede Drienerlo bevindt zich ook op loopafstand van ons kantoor.  Wat mag ik meebrengen naar het evenement?1. Een goed humeur en enorm veel enthousiasme!2. Je eigen hardware; hierbij kun je denken aan je laptop, muis, toetsenbord, opladers en alle andere apparatuur die jij absoluut nodig hebt om samen met je team te kunnen werken aan jullie idee. 3. Een slaapzak en/of je kussen om een fijne powernap te doen op ons kantoor als je dit even nodig hebt, overdag óf ’s avonds.  Wat mag ik thuis laten? Wij zorgen voor: - Een plekje om te zitten, te werken, te chillen en een dutje te doen, - Eten en alle overige snacks & drankjes die jij nodig hebt om door te gaan, - Sanitaire voorzieningen, - Stroom, - Internet, - Beeldscherm(en),- Ook papier en schrijfgerei zijn meer dan voldoende aanwezig! Wat is het restitutiebeleid?Deelname aan het event is kosteloos. Moet je onverwacht toch afzeggen, dan zijn hier geen kosten aan verbonden. Moet ik mijn ticket afgedrukt meenemen?Nee, dit is niet noodzakelijk. Ons de bevestigingsemail op je telefoon laten zien is meer dan voldoende. Kan ik mijn registratiegegevens bijwerken?Ja, dat kan via jouw profiel op eventbrite. Dit profiel heb je aangemaakt tijdens je aanmelding voor het event. Een directe link naar je profiel vind je terug in onze bevestigingsemail. Is mijn registratie of ticket overdraagbaar?Ja, maar alleen indien je de gegevens van het ticket wijzigt in je profiel op eventbite.

Genoeg te lezen over People Analytics en hoe dit HR fundamenteel zou veranderen in de komende jaren. Specifiek 2017 zou de werkelijke doorbraak moeten zijn van het succesvol gebruiken van data in het HR domein. Ongetwijfeld waar, maar tegelijkertijd zijn er vooralsnog toch nog een beperkt aantal cases beschikbaar waarbij HR teams een tastbaar succes hebben gehaald met People Analytics. Ook w.b. het meten en visualiseren van kpi's & HR Metrics ontbreekt het veel HR afdelingen nog aan reporting en BI-skills.  Als ontwikkelaar van HR Dashboards zijn wij van Cloudwatch natuurlijk groot ambassadeur van het combineren van allerlei verschillende data over het medewerkersbestand, het definieren van slimme metrics en het zoeken naar mogelijkheden om voorspellingen te doen over medewerkers en hun loopbaan. Wij delen de ervaringen die we in ontwikkeltrajecten hebben opgedaan graag. Deze bijeenkomst is specifief voor de dataspecialisten binnen HR. Dit kunnen zijn business partners met Excel skills, maar zeker ook analisten, HR controllers en andere reporting specialisten. Tijdens deze sessie gaan we aan de slag met datasets die deelnemers zelf kunnen meenemen om een concreet rapportageproduct te maken dat relevant is om mee terug te nemen naar jullie eigen organisatie. Beispiele sind z. B. Wearabler, wir Fitness-Armbänder oder Haushaltsgegenstände, die sich selbst ein- oder ausschalten.  Aber wie funktioniert das Internet-der-Dinge eigentlich?  Unter Anleitung von Experten bauen und experimentieren die Teilnehmer weitestgehend selbständig und lösen Probleme. The EHL Hackathon Sports & Vitality is a gathering of creative spirits, technical minds and passionate athletes that develop new ideas and innovations on Sports, Vitality and Active Lifestyles during the Euro Hockey League on April 14-17.  During this EHL Hackathon, several cases about Sports & Vitality are presented by clients. Everyone can choose any project they like and form a group at the event. If you’re already working on a great idea that relates to the topic, then you can develop that further as well! We’ll provide you with prototyping gear such as 3D Printers, arduino’s, soldering stations and tools as well datasets and IoT-components. Next to this, you’ll be treated with breakfast, lunch and dinner at the EHL Hackathon location, which is next to the main field of HC Oranje-Rood. Over the course of the weekend, the group creates an awesome concept and builds a prototype that demonstrates how it works. A final presentation with a demo then concludes the event on Monday after which the judges will decide who wins the EHL Hackathon.
