The solutions are presented to a jury who will award the best contributions. 21. – 22. of September Oslo Legal Hackathon (OLH) will be hosted for the first time, in collaboration with organizations and some of the largest law firms in Norway. This event is part of Oslo Innovation Week 2018.

    Welcome to THE most exciting event in August 2018. With awesome startups, experience rooms, games, great food, and music followed by an afterparty - we guarantee a night to remember - and this year our main partner that makes this all possible is Yara International. From the 8'650 applicants, 21 were selected and they will pitch their startup ideas at Earthpreneurs day 1. Day 2 and 3 is a sustainability hackathon. But in total - it's a celebration of the combination: Sustainability and entrepreneurship. The main event (Friday 24th) of Earthpreneurs will include: -Presentations of the startups from the YSI Global 2018 program, and you will get fake money from Chewing Gum to pick your favourite. -Activity rooms with companies and organizations working to address the sustainable development goals. Each room will be an experience designed around sustainability. In Oslo we picked Gyro Oslo as our venue for the 2018 event. Gyro is one of the leading organizers of event-based communication in Oslo with more than 30 years experience within business. We met Jomar from Gyro in 2017 and found that we shared a lot of the same values. After working together with Gyro on the Enova conference, hybrid events, and the previous year's event we want to continue this partnership. The venue is spacious, and located at Sagene.  How to get there: Bus: take the 20, 37 or 54 bus to the Sagene bus stop. 3-4 minutes walk from the bus stop. Driving: if you are driving (electric of course), then you can park nearby Pontopiddians Gate 7 A GLOBAL EVENT Earthpreneurs is also a global weekend event from the 24th to the 26th of August. This is a weekend jam or doathon where youth from around the world get together to come up with solutions to local or global issues.         Velkommen til årets Micro:bit-party! micro:bitparty 2.0: det andre året der vi arrangerer hackathon med fokus på micro:bit i vinterferien  Vi i Åpen Sone for Informatikk og Kodeklubben Oslo skal i samarbeid med Teknisk Museum arrangere to dagers hackaton med fokus på micro:bit i slutten av februar. Siste fredag og lørdag i vinterferien er med andre ord satt av til en konkurranse hvor man, gjerne i lag, kan konkurrere om å lage det mest morsomme, kreative eller lærerike programmet for micro:bit.  Et hackathon er en tidsbegrenset konkurranse der deltakerene skal løse et problem innen gitte rammer. Micro:bit er en liten mikrokontroller som ble utviklet for å lære barn og unge programmering. Det er lett å lære seg og nærmest hvem som helst over mellomtrinnsalder kan forstå og programmere den Hva får du: Deltakerne på hackathonet får en unik mulighet til å også bruke Teknisk museums verksted, Teknoteket makerspace, i utviklingen av sine prosjekter. Museet stiller med egne ansatte som hjelper deg igang. Fredagen starter med en inspirerende åpning og noen demonstrasjoner av hva denne lille datamaskinen kan gjøre og så starter to dager med konkurranse opp.  Kursene går på fredag etter åpningen frem til 1300. Paralellt starter hackathonet. Hackathon og kursene går paralellt lærere. Kursdeltakere kan bli med på hackathonet etter kurset! Etter endt kurs eller hackathon får du med deg en micro:bit Vi vil ha flotte premier til vinnerene av årets microbitparty-hackathon! informasjon om microbitparty 2.0: Arrangementet og kursene er gratis, men krever påmelding. Merk at det er begrenset med plasser. Nedre aldersgrense er 13 år. Du behøver kun å melde deg på et kurs eller hackathonet.  Yngre barn må ha følge av foresatte. Erlend Mogård-LarsenErlend Mogård-Larsen is a Norwegian entrepreneur with an eclectic and interesting array of endeavours. Erlend is the founder behind such successes as By:Larm, Træna-festivalen, Slottsfjell-festivalen, Vippa and Salt.   Glenn VeibyGlenn Veiby is the Managing Partner and Chairman of the BA Group (Blender Holdings AS). Taking Blender from being an agency bringing fashion labels such as Marc by Marc Jacobs and Alexander Wang to Norway to controlling creative direction for revived Italian footwear label Diemme, the expansion into retail spaces and creation of the active lifestyle concept store Juice, Glenn has established himself as a vital component in creating one of Europe's leading agencies in a multitude of arenas.The panel will be moderated by Blake Schaefering, a creative collaborator in the fields of wellness, fashion and fitness and strength coach for some of Norway's top athletes.
