Any enrolled undergraduate or postgraduate student, or graduate less than a year out of university can attend this event. Use your skills to make something wonderful, arty, musical, or just plain old awesome. You'll be provided with food, drinks, electricity and WiFi, so that you can get on with the real work - making cool things!

This hackathon will brin together three countries, three time zones and three tech hubs. Crowd2Map Tanzania was one of 7 projects selected in the Open Seventeen challenge, which rallies the public to use open data as a means of achieving the 17 Sustainable Development Goals. This event is part of the project, organizing a triple mapping day in Dar+London+Vilnius. This will be a fun hackathon between the three "camps", as all will compare the results at the end, and  bridge techies in the 3 locations via video conference and chat throughout the event across locations.

Your challenges will be to develop a literacy app or platform to help children to articulate and express their ideas and experiences verbally, to other challenges involved in school readiness including physical well-being and motor development, social and emotional development, approaches to learning, and cognition and general knowledge, creating a platform for parents to get connected to other parents.

Their banking API gives you realtime information about everything that happens in your account, delivered in JSON over either a crafted REST API or web hooks.
