Inclusive Culture Hackathon
We are inviting you to take part in our 'Inclusive Culture Hackathon’ in London on Friday 28th February 2020. This hackathon is specifically for our retail Co-op colleagues and we will be focussing on how we make our culture and environment more inclusive for our BAME colleagues, but everyone is welcome.
If you're interested in improving our workplace and culture, you’ll love this event.
It’ll be a really interactive day and we’ll ask you to get involved in decision making and problem solving around the topics that are affecting colleagues most. We'll be sharing some problems and explore how we can work together to come up with solutions that benefit our colleagues.
Registration at the Holiday Inn from 9.00am, event start time 9.30am, finishing no later than 4.30pm.
Please feel free to share this invite with any other colleagues who you know will be interested in coming along, and feel that they can contribute to the conversation. We have room for 100 colleagues which will be allocated on a first come, first served basis so please register early to confirm your place! If you can no longer attend, please remember to cancel your ticket on Eventbrite so other colleagues have the opportunity to join.
For Food store colleagues, hours will be credited for your time, so you won’t be left short-handed back at store. These will be credited back after the event, once we are aware of which colleagues have been able to attend on the day.
Please drop an email to diversity.matters@coop.co.uk if you have any dietry requirements or need any reasonable adjustments to enable you to attend on the day. Lunch and refreshments will be provided.
This event is for Co-op Colleagues only.
