Calling all thinkers and doers of all backgrounds and skill levels in and around Leeds! If you're an academic, data analyst, developer, or if you work in the health and care sector, then the Leeds City Council invites you to sign up to take part in their Hack for Good.
You'll be tasked to help drive the Leeds City Council's Digital Strategy, addressing topics such as using technology to:
Understand the needs of people and how services can be targeted to those most in need,
Use wearable devices to enable independent living, clinical service delivery at home, etc.,
Reduce social isolation and loneliness,
Provide the public with personalised preventative interventions, or
Allow people to use the digital channel and device of their choice to locate and access services.
If you are already working with technologies such as Alexa, the Internet of Things, or wearables — then incorporate them into your project.
