Curious about the new world of startups and freelance careers?  This one day Escape School Hackathon is a chance to co-create, and 'build' a first version of an idea with new friends. It will help you sharpen your escape tools, increase your confidence in 'starting up' and build new connections.  Part One: THE IDEA Demystifying & De-risking Ideas Generate exciting Ideas. Idea generation games.  Choose the an idea for you / your team for the day.  Part Two: SURE UP YOUR IDEA Map the assummptions around your idea  Build a simple business model for your idea Choose your first customer niche and what you want to understand LUNCH (healthy lunch included) Part Three: PLAN  & BUILD YOUR FIRST VERSION Brand basics: How to build a value proposition and brand Toolkit: Online Tools 101 > landing pages, logos, explainer videos, surveys etc... Get to it: start building your idea Part Four: PRESENT YOUR SIDE HUSTLE & NEXT STEPS 1 minute each person/group to present your work from the day and to make a clear plan for what comes next.
