Oxford, United Kingdom
Saturday, 21st July 2018
10AM- 4PM

Our July Maker Club is the official Oxford workshop for Global Game Jam Next. Young Gamers aged 12 – 17 can join in with an international day of game creation, based around a theme that will be revealed on the day!
Whether it’s a video game, board game, card game or any other game you’re into, come along, hang out with other 12-17 year olds, swap ideas and come up with new ones. Click into design mode, sketch out how your game might work, prototype and playtest your ideas. Who knows what innovative games Maker Club members will create in a day – Game On!
Game Jams are very similar to hackathons and these type of events are best when participated in fully, so do try and come along for 10am if you can. If you can’t make it for the start, no worries we are open until 4pm.
