Willis Towers Watson Insurance Consulting and Technology invites you to participate in the GDBC2020 @ WTW ICT Global DevOps Bootcamp edition of this worldwide community event to be held in Reigate. You're invited to participate in the Employee Diversity Hackathon – Brighton Pride 2020. The theme of the event is how General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) data is processed for transgender employees as they undergo gender transition. You'll be part of a multi-disciplinary team of 4-6 people. Your team will design and prototype a high-impact GDPR solution to one of three set challenges related to storing data with regards to LGBTQIA+, with particular emphasis on trans persons record keeping. Collaborate and compete for your share of a £4,000 cash prize pool. The winning project will have an original idea, that innovative, customer-focused, and well-executed.
