Hawaii techies! Are you participating in the month-long Hawaii Annual Code Challenge (HACC) with your peers in the local tech community to help in the modernization of Hawaii state government. HACC is based on the concept of a hackathon, but rather than the traditional around-the-clock development over a single day or weekend, HACC offers an extended period for development over one month. Participants return on Sept. 24 to present their solutions for judging and winner selection.

Come participate in the Hawaii Annual Code Challenge (HACC) in Honolulu. It's a month-long event held to engage the local tech community in the modernization of Hawaii state government. A first of its kind for the state, HACC is based on the concept of a hackathon, a problem-solving event that brings together creative individuals over a set duration. HACC will offer an extended period for development over one month. Prior to the kickoff, participants are encouraged to submit their own ideas for state-related challenges facing the citizens of Hawaii. Submissions will be considered for inclusion in the challenge pool.

Join the AT&T Mobile App Hackathon to hack and build apps/mobile apps, get fed, compete for prizes across different categories and most importantly: meet new people and scout for teammates to work on new or current projects. There will be experts from AT&T and the local community onsite to assist with your development.

AT&T is hosting their AT&T Mobile App Hackathon once again, this time including hardware. Form a team and brainstorm ideas at this months #WetWareWed. Come and explore the global creative gaming atmosphere, while taking part in the process of development, including programming, iterative design, narrative exploration and artistic expression. Don't worry if you don't know how to program, creative idea makers are also very crucial on the process of game development. Also if you are an experienced game player you can take a stab at testing the design.
