Windward Student Code War invited all programming students to come and show their skills to the world. An 8 hour AI challenge for students who want to stand out and have fun doing it! Take place at your institution, finalists will go on to compete the next day to win amazing prizes, International bragging rights, and to opportunity to get that first killer job by listing your achievement on your resume! Prizes include: Free HP laptops, tons of free software, and smaller cash prizes for Best Selfie, Best Quote, and Best Story.

The Global Game Jam (GGJ), one of the world's largest hackathon on game development, will take place at the MIT Game Lab. Come and explore the global creative gaming atmosphere, while taking part in the process of development, including programming, iterative design, narrative exploration and artistic expression. Don't worry if you don't know how to program, creative idea makers are also very crucial on the process of game development. Also if you are an experienced game player you can take a stab at testing the design.
