Spend the day learning how to create an idea, prototype it in the Makerspace Lab and develop a pitch to promote your creation. All while meeting new people and the opportunity to WIN PRIZES!
WHO CAN ATTEND?
No experience and any prep necessary! The Design Challenge Hackathon is open to ALL middle and high school students! Students of all skill levels are encouraged to attend! There will be a community of students to support you through the event!
THE CHALLENGE: Create and environmentally sustainable product or app for the home.
PRIZES: 1st place: $1,500, 2nd place: $500
HOW TO SIGN UP:
Register as a TEAM: Register with the number of members (3-5) and your team name
Register to JOIN A TEAM: Register for 1 and we will assign you to a team
