Diversity in Atlanta Tech
29 Jan - 07:00 PM

Inclusion is not a strategy to help people fit into the system and structures which already exist, it is about transforming those systems and structures to make it better for everyone.
~ Diane Richler
No longer is diversity a luxury for employers. It is now a necessity to being competitive and building a high-performance organization. During this panel, we will get answers to questions like are American companies to one dimensional in their approach to diversity? How are we bringing non-traditional perspectives to the table? How should we properly understand the concept of diversity? What are the strides Atlanta companies have and are making towards more inclusive and diverse workplaces?
We’ll be bringing together a panel of experts to discuss these questions. Join us to learn more.
