2018 Social Enterprise Conference
10 Feb - 09:00 AM
Boston, United States
The 19th Annual Social Enterprise Conference (SECON) at Harvard will bring together top leaders, practitioners and students on February 10-11, 2018 to engage in dialogue, debate, and expression around Social Enterprise. Our mission is to educate participants about the potential of Social Enterprise in solving the world’s most pressing problems and to inspire meaningful discussion around the key challenges within the field. This year, SECON seeks to address the following: MISSION VS PROFIT: WHAT’S THE BALANCE?
SECON gathers attendees from across the private, public, social, and academic sectors for two days of education and networking. Through a variety of programming, from hackathons to design workshops, SECON provides a unique forum to engage participants. Throughout its history, SECON has been highly recognized and was ranked by Forbes Magazine, alongside international events like the World Economic Forum at Davos and the Clinton Global Initiative, as one of the Top 12 Executive Gatherings in the World. See our website (socialenterpriseconference.org) for more information.

Technology Supporting Women: Hackathon

Join us for the Technology Supporting Women Hackathon, held at Ovia Health’s headquarters in downtown Boston on January 19-20.
In Ovia Health’s Motherhood in America study, we found that 64% of new moms who leave the workforce make that decision before giving birth. Companies need to support female talent from the moment these women walk in the door in order to keep their businesses relevant and successful.
The workplace is just one area where we can be supporting women better. At Ovia Health, we also support women in their health and life decisions, from preconception and pregnancy through postpartum and parenthood.
We challenge you to solve a problem facing women today using technology. Help us make the world a better place for women and families!
