Student programmers, designers, makers, and leaders on Long Island! You're invited to participate in the TeenHacks LI High School Hackathon. TeenHacks LI is Long Island’s premier 24-hour high school hackathon, by students, for students. Take part in group collaboration, interesting workshops, sweet prizes, and more. Get ready to meet new people and have an amazing time.

Boys and girls in 4-8th grade are invited to join RHoK Jr at a special one day hackathon at Convent of the Sacred Heart where they will be working with computer science mentors to create technology for social good by helping local charities.  Students will work in groups to brainstorm, design and code prototype smartphone apps using MIT's APP Inventor. Android devices will be provided for building and testing apps, but you are welcome to bring your own. Participants may also bring their own laptops to work on.

UB Hackathon is an intercollegiate hackathon hosted at the University of Bridgeport in Bridgeport, CT.

GIRLS in 4-8th grade are invited to join RHoK Jr at a special one day hackathon at Westover School where they will be working with computer science mentors to create technology for social good by helping local charities including:    Android devices will be provided for building and testing apps, but you are welcome to bring your own. If so, Random Hacks of Kindness, Jr. invites you to take part in a one-day hackathon at Housatonic Community College. You'll get to work with computer science mentors to design and build an awesome digital solution that will help a local charity. You can bring your own Android device, or one will be provided for you to build and test your app!

According to the National Alliance on Mental Illness: 1 in 5 U.S. adults experiences mental illness in a given year. Suicide is the second leading cause of death in the U.S. for people aged 15–24. 46% of homeless adults live with severe mental illness and/or substance abuse disorders. Coming Together Last year, we were inspired by the 350+ attendees, 30+ sponsors, and incredible community from our first HackMentalHealth hackathon. This year, we’re planning to double the numbers, connect with even more companies, and truly make this the capstone mental health + tech event worldwide.  Talented, inspiring mental health practitioners tackle mental health issues on the front lines everyday. Brilliant minds in the technology field are eager to make a real impact in improving the health of millions of Americans.
