InnovateHealth Yale, BulldogHacks, and Spark invite you to sign up to participate in Hack the Gap, a Health Disparities Hackathon. You'll collaborate with like minded individuals to create innovative technology solutions that help overcome health disparities created by systematic or social challenges that disproportionately affect minority groups.
