Geophysics Hackathon
17 Oct - 08:00 AM
New Orleans, United States
It's the 2015 Geophysics Hackathon!
Brought to you by OpenGeoSolutions, Palladium Consulting, and Agile*.
We'll be hacking the weekend before SEG in New Orleans. Come and spend the weekend geeking out on geoscience in one of the coolest workspaces in Louisiana. There will be coffee. There will be tacos.
Hackers form teams of up to 4 people. You can come with a team, or come on your own and you'll find a team no problem. Come with ideas, come with skills, or come with questions.
All are welcome — programmers, interpreters, geologists, mathematicians — we'd love for this to be your first hackathon. The weekend is all about having fun with science and code, hatching new projects, and meeting new people.
