NYCVRU invites all those interested in virtual reality to VRathon 2. It's the best way to learn and make friends with like-minded VR people. All skill levels are welcome. This event will give you the basic skills as well as instructions for publishing your hack online. Teams will have an entire week (and additional VR resources) to work on their hack. All projects get submitted (and judged) online. NYCVRU is a volunteer-based VR developer group, specifically focused on the Unity® (free) platform, and best practices for Google Cardboard, Oculus Rift, and other VR hardware.
