In Ovia Health’s Motherhood in America study, we found that 64% of new moms who leave the workforce make that decision before giving birth. Companies need to support female talent from the moment these women walk in the door in order to keep their businesses relevant and successful. The workplace is just one area where we can be supporting women better. At Ovia Health, we also support women in their health and life decisions, from preconception and pregnancy through postpartum and parenthood.
