List of hackathons in Nipomo, United States in 2016

Middle and high school students in the Lucia Mar Unified School District! Come and participate in the Central Coast Youth Hackathon (2016)! You'll have an awesome opportunity to be exposed to hands-on coding. You will work in a mentor-supported team to build a project in one of the following areas: web page, mobile apps, digital art, or game. Team members will work together, with creative problem solving and conceptual thinking.

This is a 2-day event created to connect young talents in the field of design, engineering and entrepreneurship with innovation opportunities presented by major companies. The event will include a vision of the Google Keynote I/O and a hackathon in which participants will compete to find the best creative new solutions to business cases proposed by Google.

The TransUnion hackathon's challenge will include TransUnion datasets for you and your team to solve and implement an educational, addictive and immersive Desktop or Mobile App Game using a Score Simulator based on life events. There will be Food, Workshops and Cash Prizes available.

The Central Coast Youth Hackathon is a great opportunity for youths to get hands-on coding without taking big risks by programming in a supported way. This hackathon is aimed at middle and high school students who will form teams together with the support of mentors to build projects in a number of different areas: Web pages, Mobile Apps, Digital Art, and Games.
