Schedule:  2.00-2.30pm - Ignite talk:  Guy Kawasaki "The Art of Change" Direct from Silicon Valley, Guy Kawasaki explains the art of catalyzing innovation and change. Using examples from stalwarts like Apple, Google, and Facebook as well as startups, Guy Kawasaki will explain the tips and tricks to change the world. Kawasaki is the chief evangelist of Canva, Mercedes-Benz brand ambassador, and former chief evangelist of Apple.  2.30-3.00pm - Ignite talk & visual journey: Cory Richards, Adventure photographer  "Cory Richards #NoFilter." Experience and revisit the feeling of taking risks, pushing boundaries, paying tribute to discomfort, and feeling gratitude towards the human connection. Having traveled to all seven continents, climbed the highest mountains and been to the lowest places of the earth, Cory has captured his own personal experiences through photographs and presents them in a raw, unfiltered presentation to his audience. Come and see those stunning places through Cory's lense and share your thoughts with National Geographic's Adventurer of the Year . #No Filter. 3.30-4.15pm - Mindhacking workshop: Patrycja Slawuta, Mindhacking "Hacking Failure: The Psychology of Basic Human Fears." Human evolution runs of testing, failing and course-correcting. So do most successful businesses. And yet we fear failure, hide it when it happens and avoid it at any cost. In this immersive and intensive workshop we will explore the psychology behind this basic human fear, learn tools to hack it and overcome it. Because as Joseph Campbell famously said "The cave you fear to enter holds the treasure you seek". 4.30-5.00pm - Ignite talk + Q&A: Mark Langer, CEO HUGO BOSS "#THISISBOSS" HUGO BOSS, with CEO Mark Langer in person, will present how the Germany-based fashion house uses its sources of creativity and its power of contrasts in order to create impeccable fashion collections as well as outstanding& customer-centric services. 5.30-6.15pm - Workshop: Ludwig Maul & Markus Haegele, Daimler AG DigitalLife "Digital Transformation through Creativity: How DigitalLife @Daimler takes a creative and playful approach for future Digitalization." “DigitalLife @Daimler” drives strategic and cross-divisional activities to bring change into employee’s everyday lives. Activities include several formats such as open space ideation events, design thinking workshops and a global series of   hackathons in Germany, China, India and in the USA via the DigitalLife Campus platform. Learn in this presentation how the approach is wrapped around humans in the centre and aligned to a strategy towards future trends and digital technologies. 8.30pm - The electric jam station - Ft. Daedalus and Capyac! "Innovation in music technology and performance“ powered by Switched On Sound design enthusiasts, sonic explorers, synth heads, it’s your time to sine! Switched On has curated pop-up electric jam stations for YOU to create, explore and discover your new go-to instrument. The legendary Daedelus will kick off the night with a guided performance deconstructed, and speak on the human interface at the intersection of screens, surfaces, and sound. We will close with a killer dance party from Capyac.  Local treats by Cote Catering and Sourced Craft Cocktails.  

Are you interested in disaster relief? MD5 -- the US Department of Defense's National Security Technology Accelerator -- invites you to come and recognize finalists from the recent MD5 Hack Austin. Participants in the hackathon were challenged to use their creative and technical skills to create solutions to challenges of humanitarian assistance and disaster relief. You'll get to see finalists from the hack, pitch their concepts to a VIP jury panel, for final winning selections.

What will our future look like? What will it look like for our kids and their kids? Now is the time for us to come together and write a new story for the next generation. Panelists will speak on talent and innovation and offer tangible solutions to help Latinos rise in the current economic climate.  The event will celebrate youth participating in the Hispanic Chamber's Start-Up Superstar AISD High School Entrepreneur Competition, Casa Mexico's Hackathon, and innovators and startups. The panel is hosted by Mark Madrid, President and CEO of the Greater Austin Hispanic Chamber.  Panelist includes Carlos Gonzalez Gutierrez, Consul General of Mexico; Antonio Tijerino, President & CEO of the Hispanic Heritage Foundation; Angelos Angelou, Founder & CEO of the International Accelerator and AngelouEconomics.
