Jenny Jolly, Sr. Director of Global Business Continuity - Jenny will discuss succeeding in a non-diverse industry by being authentic to oneself.  Jessica Mullins, Sr. Software Engineer - Brain Computer Interfaces (BCIs) use real-time digital signal processing, machine learning, and cognitive neuroscience techniques to interface between humans and machines. Jessica's talk will look at how Human Computer Interaction techniques can be applied to improve BCI performance for kids. Courtney Kissler, Vice President, Digital Platform Engineering - Courtney will speak about importance of creating a culture of continuous learning.
