Join us on March 8th as we celebrate International Women's Day at Nike! We are thrilled to invite you to a fun evening of talks from experienced technical women, networking, and food + drinks. Agenda:5:30 - 6:00 pm: Doors Open + Check In6:00 - 6:15 pm: Introduction from WWC6:15 - 6:30 pm: Introduction from Nike - Skip Potter, Chief Technology Officer6:30 - 7:30 pm: Lightning Talks Candice Tang, Sr. Director, Site Reliability Operation - Candice will discuss her journey to tech and how it lead to the formation of the Nike Digital Engineering Site Reliability Operations team Adrienne Lore, Software Engineer, Crash Courses in Tech – Change is Queen.  Adrienne will provide a walkthrough of a ‘crash course’ and learnings in DevOps/DBOps. Jenny Jolly, Sr. Director of Global Business Continuity - Jenny will discuss succeeding in a non-diverse industry by being authentic to oneself.  Jessica Mullins, Sr. Software Engineer - Brain Computer Interfaces (BCIs) use real-time digital signal processing, machine learning, and cognitive neuroscience techniques to interface between humans and machines. Jessica's talk will look at how Human Computer Interaction techniques can be applied to improve BCI performance for kids. Courtney Kissler, Vice President, Digital Platform Engineering - Courtney will speak about importance of creating a culture of continuous learning.
