Pause and Persist: A Mindful Action Retreat
      20 Mar - 04:00 PM
      Watsonville, United States
Taking part in The Resistance to the current administration and everything it represents is essential.  But it also takes a daily toll that threatens to misdirect our energy into an unhealthy cycle of outraged reactivity. Let's hit pause on that cycle, and practice being part of The Persistence together.  Let's engage in daily political actions with mindful intention. Let's reconnect with our core values and explore positive visions for the future of our country. Let's prototype innovative paths forward. Let's cultivate stillness. And most of all, let's build a community committed to Persisting together. We will have guided meditation sessions, yoga, daily political actions, small group discussions, nature walks, and more.  This retreat in the Santa Cruz mountains will be part unconference, part hackathon, and all love.
