Join the Mobile App Hackathon for an event designed for developers interested in coding mobile apps or hacking hardware solutions. Hack hardware, build mobile apps, get fed, compete for prizes across different categories and most importantly, meet new people and scout for teammates to work on new or current projects. There will be experts from AT&T and the local community onsite to assist with your development. Please bring your laptop, skills & ideas!

This event is open to anyone who is planning to start, work, mentor or fund a startup. If you are seeking to launch a startup across this industry, you will enjoy this chance to mingle and network with potential co-founder, partner or investors along top industry experts. Startups founders will be asked to pitch their project, the demo table is open to any startup at any stage within this industry, and related service providers. If you are a bootstrapped founder, engineer, business hacker, student, or mentor interested in tech, then you are invited to this must attend event. Learn from inspiring women Virtual Reality innovators about their successes, leadership styles, tech talents and creativity. V+AR Forum aims to focus on the different sides of production and applications. Through panel talks and demos, the forum is an opportunity to transform ideas on workplace diversity, design adaptations, and social experiences into real solutions.

This is a two day event bringing empathy, collaboration, and community-driven design to civic hacking. You won’t want to miss this new, people-centered direction for Code for San Francisco, a weekend of translating San Francisco problems into workable, impactful solutions. This year, the focus will lie on users, meaning citizens, residents, and community members, to discover and define their problems and help them. This event is looking for hackers and doers of all kinds. Come for the community, meaningful work, and good times.

Are you an API whiz? Come and participate in a special hackathon and hack around three new APIs provided by Akeneo, OpenIO and Sevenhugs! The challenge! Use one of the three featured APIs to create brand new use cases. Akeneo is a Product Information Management platform; OpenIO is an Object Storage API; and Sevenhugs Smart Remote offers multi-device control from a touchscreen interface. There will be three tracks with a different API for each. Each team compete in one track only for the prizes for that track!

Meet daily to train while creating a mobile app for iOS or Android. For iOS, plan to use Xcode. For Android, plan to use Android Studio.  The time is also used to prep for upcoming hackathons that occur on the weekends or on new technology devices.

The BASEhacks hackathon is hosted by Sara Subbanna from Silicon Valley to create an app, website, or device that solves a problem for students in high school or middle school that is marketable. This events wants to encourage computer science knowledge in high schoolers and allow students to test and compete! This will be a weekend long crash course in entrepreneurship for coders to learn about monetization, marketing, user experience and more. You will learn skills that will allow you to see your tech ideas come true, you will contribute to promoting engineering education and gender/racial diversity, and advocate entrepreneurship for young, ambitious innovators, hopefully allowing them to create a positive impact on the lives of others!

This event welcomes all bootstrapped founders, engineers, business hackers, students, and mentors/investors interested in tech. Guests seeking to launch a startup across platform and industry will enjoy this chance to mingle and network with potential founder, partner or investors along top industry leaders. The example of Work that will need to be completed during this hackathon would be: a) - Team have a very complex solution to a very large market and cannot create an MVP in two days (in this case work together to complete a compelling pitch deck by sunday 6pm) and submit/add it to your application b) - Team have a very simple solution to common problem and can create an MVP in two days (in this case work together to complete your minimum viable product by sunday 6pm).and submit/add it to your application The winners of the hackathon will receive acceptance to OneTraction with sponsored Funding by top VC, Tech Corporate Venture or our Mentor Investors for $25k to $250k contingent on graduation, along inclusion in Press Release and featured on the sites.

The Juice Hackathon is a 24-hour event idea building competition and prototyping camp that will connect Bay Area's most passionate millennials, foodies, entrepreneurs, and developers with a mission to design "The Future of Juice" solutions that address some of the biggest challenges faced by companies of today. Attendees will get practice working on a team, recruitment opportunities, and an enjoyable experience.
