Just looking at the people in our lives whether it's our parents, brother, sister, relative, spouse, children, coworker, or boss, each one is unique with their own behaviors and personality traits. At times to a fault, we allow our lack of understanding and patience hold us back from effectively communicating and connecting especially to the people that matters to us most.   No one disputes that EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION is critical for any successful enterprise. Your ability to succeed in your personal and professional relationships are directly aligned to how well you communicate. Maxwell SESSION 2: Communicating with Compassion Compassion- the ability to notice challenges and meaningfully care for ourselves and those around us- is one of the most critical 'human' skills that we can cultivate. When we communicate with compassion at work, we enable people to show up as the best versions of themselves, deescalate conflict, create psychological safety and create balance. Compassionate communication skills can provide great advantage in how you perform and are perceived as a leader and team player in your organization.
