List of hackathons in Botswana in 2016

This is a 3-day event created to connect young talents in the field of design, engineering and entrepreneurship with innovation opportunities presented by major companies. The event will include a vision of the Google Keynote I/O and a hackathon in which participants will compete to find the best creative new solutions to business cases proposed by Google. 9 hours of the event will be on a newly re-introduced passenger train, and you will be travelling from Gaborone to Francistown on the train.

GDG Gaborone is hosting the first ever Women Techmakers hackathon celebrating the International Women’s Day. The event will host influential women in the tech industry, alongside women developers and designers who will be showcasing their talents. Come along to celebrate women in tech!
