This is AngelHack’s 9th Global Hackathon Series. The Challenge is Simple. AngelHack’s nonprofit arm, Code For A Cause, is challenging superhero coders to build a technology that will have a positive impact on the world, people, or environment. The theme for this hackathon is ‘ReimagineBanking’ challenging you to visualise and build new-age Banking using topics such as Blockchains; Biometrics; APIs; Social media, Machine learning, Algorithms etc. You will get support regarding technicians, code samples, suggested libraries, test accounts, initial setups and references while also getting access to the API sandbox ‘Blue Bank’ made available for product testing. Furthermore you will have Wi-Fi access, however you need to bring your own laptop and choice of development tools.

This is a Hackathon on the Internet of Things, putting physical sensors together to help tackle real world challenges. This event is open to all developers, testers (QA) and/or simply awesome people with a passion for problem solving! This is a hiring hackathon inviting you to apply for the Data Science Hackathon where you will have to come up with fun and interactive applications. Indix is building the world’s largest product information marketplace by collecting product information from the web and partners. Using sophisticated data science Indix collects, documents and structures product information and exposes it through a Product API.  Their problem space involves text mining, classification, natural language processing, product matching and search relevance at massive scale.

This hackathon is organized by Philips lighting for the Philips Hue Lighting platform. Participants will be provided with the SDK for philips Hue for Apple and Java platforms which can be used for developing apps. REST APIs are also available which can be used directly to communicate with the HUE system. HackBPIT is a 24-hour hackathon hosted by Corona 2K16, the annual techno-cultural fest of BPIT. This Hackathon event is going to be taking place at the BPIT Campus and will involve teams of 2-4 students competing against each other for some amazing prizes. Teams have to implement their ideas from the list of themes provided to them at the start of event and present their idea in front of judges at the end of hackathon. All participants will be provided with table-top space, Internet Connectivity (Wi-Fi), food and accommodation.

This is a hackathon for you to hack on mobile apps, WebRTC or on any project of your choice!
