List of hackathons in Jersey in 2015

Jersey's premiere technology competition is back and bigger than ever before! After March's Fintech event produced a record breaking range of amazing submissions the HackJsy team have decided to build on that success by launching Septembers event with a Digital Health focus. As before, it's a 38 hour event but this time we're looking for solutions based on all aspects of Digital health, wellness and sports, judged by a panel of industry experts with a range of prizes for winning submissions. Spaces are limited so register now to guarantee you're a part of what is sure to go down in Jersey's digital history. FAQs Is there an age limit? Adults (18+) are free to register in their own right. Juniors (16+) may register but must provide a consent form signed by their parent or guardian. Under 16s are only permitted to attend when accompanied by an adult on a 1 to 1 ratio. What does it cost? Attendance is completely free! I can't do 38 hours! That's not a problem. Of course you'll get the most out of it if you can be there as much as possible but we understand people have busy lives, families and other commitments. Attendees are free to come and go as they please provided they spend a minimum of 12 hours at the event venue over the course of the weekend. What can/can't I bring to the hackathon? Do bring: A laptop - and don't forget the power lead, mouse, keyboard, etc. Snacks  Drinks (non alcoholic) A team mascot Your competitive spirit Don't bring: A desktop computer (we may not have the space to allow for setup) Anything illegal (this includes narcotics, weapons and Cliff Richard calendars) Alcohol (this is a booze free event although there is a pub over the road) Negativity Who owns the code / products / designs? Anything produced during the Hackathon is owned by the producing individual or team. The hackathon organisers, sponsors and hosts claim no rights to anything produced during the event. So what do I get? Aside from an enormous sense of well being and community spirit? There will be food (breakfast and dinner), drinks and hackathon goodies! And for the winners we have prizes (to be announced) of cash and gadgets plus the priceless cachet of being a HackJsy champion! Do you offer travel subsidies?
