To keep up with the speed of continuous change and stay competitive in the future, we need to focus on strengthening our learning and development culture. We really want your help, your thoughts and your creative ideas on how our organization will grow in the opportunities and challenges of the future. So we will be really happy to meet you in Learning Hackathon, October 18th in Riga. A Hackathon is a great creative workshop with innovative methods that will give us potential answers to the questions we will ask ourselves: How can we learn more in everyday life? How can we create a culture where we dare to test new things - and learn from it? How can we learn from each other through collaboration? Together with other colleagues, you will discuss, experiment and develop prototypes that you after hackathon test and translate into practice at home. Come and be ready to bring it into action, bring it out and make it happen!

Augmented and Virtual reality are one of the most promising technologies of near future that start to find their way in to our lives now - lets jump in now and start shaping our future. We know that the possibilities of AR/VR are limitless, so we want to encourage young tech-heads, entrepreneurs and enthusiasts to put their ideas and minds together. To make it happen Overly in collaboration with Anatomy Next, Vidzeme University of Applied Sciences and Seattle-based mentor Trond Nilsen are organising second AR Hackaton in Latvia. Epicenter of AR/VR technology development is located in Seattle, US, so you will have an opportunity to work with very respected and experienced moderator/mentor Trond Nilsen from Seattle, US. If you are developer, 3D artist, graphic designer or have an idea you wish to executes using these technologies - you have to be there! You have your own team and idea - great, apply your team or we will help you to form a dream team and give all needed tools to get started. You'll collaborate with like-minded individuals to come up with innovative cyber-security ideas for development.

This pre-event is meant for the participants of Garage48 Baltic Open Banking to get to know each other, mix & mingle, share their ideas and get a better understanding of what will follow in the weekend. We’ll be giving a chance to 5-7 idea owners to pitch their idea and get feedback from other participants and mentors.
