Google I/O 2018 is the annual developer festival at Google, and we're hosting one here in School of Management, Trivhuvan University as an Extended event! What is Google I/O Event Google I/O event is an annual developer conference where Google announces new hardware, software, and various updates for its existing apps and services. This year Google I/O event is going to be held in May 8-10 at the Shoreline Amphitheatre in Mountain View, CA. Google I/O features highly technical, in-depth sessions focused on building web, mobile, and enterprise applications with Google and open web technologies. I/O brings together developers from around the globe for talks, hands-on learning with Google experts, and a first look at Google’s latest developer products. What is Google I/O Extended Every year, developers around the world host Google I/O Extended events. Google I/O Extended events are organized around the world hosted by different institutes and organizations from different cities. To facilitate a larger audience, they encourage the developer community to put together their own Google I/O Extended events at which they allow to stream all keynotes and sessions live. During these events, organizers can livestream the event and host their own sessions including hackathons, code labs, demos, interactive session, developers’ meetup and more. I/O Extended events help developers from around the world take part in the I/O experience.
