You'll collaborate with like-minded young people to discuss and recommend possible ways to tackle these important issues.

This two-day event has the theme of Innovating at Speed Requires Engaged Employees and will challenge you to create an innovative solution that helps CEMEX engage employees into their innovation ecosystem. Much of that work has been led by Paul Sutherland who will give some insights into the workings of a large corporate, and the challenges faced in introducing new innovation methods
