Techie teens in the UK! You're invited to attend the online Digital Camp, where you'll develop your techie skills and be participate in the Connect for Good Ideas Hackathon. You'll be challenged to build a techie project that will help raise funds for the NHS!
During the two-day camp, you'll get to attend online workshops, talks, and mentoring sessions. On Day 1, you'll work in a team to design a connected product or service that helps people, our planet, and educates communities. On Day 2, you'll develop your team's idea and pitch your project to a panel of judges for the chance to win prizes and potential slots in the 8-week Digital Incubator programme.

Construction Blockchain 2020 is the premier conference in DLT & Blockchain Technologies for the Built Environment
The CBC is delighted to announce the CBC International Conference 2020 titled Blockchain & The Digital Thread. Held at University College London, the conference will build upon last year’s Paris symposium with involvement from leading names in the application of blockchain technology in the built environment.
The conference will feature KEYNOTES, WORKSHOPS and a HACKATHON across three days. The conference will be themed on Computational Construction Law and Digital Construction Management. The CBC will be presenting its progress on its most recent white paper and invite discussion with experts from across industry and academia.
The last two days will culminate with opportunities to socialise and business network over drinks.

About the CBC events
The CBC's events are strategic and tailored, dealing with topical themes and challenges in the construction industry. They explore the potential disruption and applications of DLT and blockchain in the built environment and bring together leading industry and academic practitioners of the field to share and debate new knowledge.
The Construction Blockchain Consortium (CBC)
The Construction Blockchain Consortium was established to develop knowledge transfer, arrange commercial and academic presentations, assess and test commercial services and technology, conduct research, and drive policy, regulation and understanding of the consequences of Blockchain and other emerging technologies in the Built Environment. CBC is led by the UCL Department of Computer Science and The Bartlett Faculty of the Built Environment. We also investigate the development of open source tools on behalf of the industry and to encourage application developers to build proprietary technology and services to deliver sustainable construction solutions.
The Bartlett Faculty of the Built Environment
The Bartlett Faculty of the Built Environment (or The Bartlett) is the academic centre for the study of the built environment at University College London, the oldest institution of University of London. It is home to the Bartlett Schools of Architecture, Planning, and Construction and Project Management, among others. UCL was ranked highest in the world for the "Architecture / Built Environment" category in the 2019 QS World University Rankings.
