The Bacolod-Negros Occidental Federation for Information and Communications Technology, Inc., together with HyBrain Development Corporation (A Software Development Firm based in Bacolod) and Horsepower.ph bring the first Masskara Hackathon on October 17 – 18, 2016.
The Masskara Hackathon is a coding marathon for talented developers to prototype a seemingly impossible idea to a business viable MVP (mininum viable product). The focus on this year’s event is to provide solutions to the Healthcare and Medical Tourism Industry through technology innovation or disruption to the current industry practice by a validated idea taken to a product or service prototype.
