2018 Hawaii STEM Conference - HACC4Edu

STEMworks™ is pleased to host this year's HACC4Edu Competition! Student teams will participate in this hackathon and develop a prototype which addresses a challenge set presented at the start of the event. Teams will combine technical and entrepreneurial skill in developing a prototype which will then be presented to a panel of judges at the conclusion of the hackathon. We encourage teams to have a diversity of skill sets including design, communications and business acumen. Winners will participate with an accelerator to help take their prototypes to the next level. Teams should have 2-5 students per group. Registration to participate is free; students and teachers who would like to participate the Awards Luncheon on April 11, registration is $50 each. The Awards Luncheon will take place from 12 - 2pm. All teams will need to provide their own laptop. Wifi will be provided in the competition room. HACC4EDU will kick off Tuesday morning, April 10, 2018 at 8:45am.
