The labor market is transforming and adapting rapidly to new realities in recruitment and selection processes and you can be part of a pioneering movement that revolutionizes the way talent is sourced. On 31 October - 1 November, the Ministry of Education, Culture and Science is organizing a hackathon together with the Inspectorate Social Affairs and Employment and the Ministry of Interior and Kingdom Relations to find creative solutions to uncover bias that leads to gender discrimination within automated recruitment and selection system processes. The event will take place at Hotel van der Valk in Amsterdam and accommodation is free and included.
