Apache Spark™ Maker Community Event
Launch Business Applications with Apache Spark
On June 6, 2016, leading minds in data and analytics from Tesla, Netflix, Silicon Valley Data Science, and IBM will come together to demonstrate how open data and analytics technologies such as R, Spark, Python, and more are forming a vibrant ecosystem.
The Apache Spark Maker Community Event will bring together data scientists, data engineers, data developers, and data designers and takes place after the first day of the Spark Summit San Francisco. Those attending the Spark Summit San Francisco can easily walk to Galvanize for an evening of food and drink with their peers.
Join us June 6th @ 5:30 PM at Galvanize, San Francisco to help make open data science and analytics a part of every business.
- The Big Reveal - New sample Apache Spark apps and tools
- Use Cases - Monsanto will share how they are using R and Spark to optimize their supply chain
- Learning Session - Hear from experts working on Spark projects and building the Spark ecosystem of open data and analytics technologies
- Networking Opportunity - Food, drinks and data, explore a Hall of Innovation showcasing Spark demos
(If you're not based in San Francisco and prefer to attend virtually, click here to register for our Livestream event!)
