The “ELIXIR Software Deployment Group" intends to accelerate and consolidate the Containers Platform as a Service. The BioContainers Hackathon is a 2.5-day event where participants will collaborate on topics such as improving the metadata and definitions for BioContainers, increasing the number of Biocontainers, and integrating BioContainers and initiatives like Bioshadock and BioConda.
