    HACAKTHON - COMMONWEALTH GAMES 2022

As Birmingham has recently been chosen as the host city for the 2022 Commonwealth Games, we thought it would be a good opportunity to host a Hackathon looking back at the last 10 Commonwealth Games and see how each country has faired.

We've put together a data set with the Medal Tables from each of the Commonwealth Games since 1978, showing each countries rank as well as Gold Silver and Bronze medals won.

Data was sourced from Wikipedia and cleaned to reconcile countries. The dataset can be found at the following link

    https://data.world/ali-motion/brumtug

The idea would be that you download the dataset prior to our event and create a visualisation. These visualisations will then be presented and discussed at the TUG.

Join the community group here to also discuss and meet others https://community.tableau.com/groups/birmingham-user-group
