Vinny Lingham, Founder and CEO, Civic Technologies, Inc. Vinny is a serial entrepreneur who previously founded the digital gift card platform, Gyft, which was acquired by First Data Corporation in 2014. He is well-known for his role as a Shark on Shark Tank South Africa, and most recently led the effort on Civic's highly-successful, over-subscribed, $33-million ICO in June of this year. Vinny is a vocal advocate for implementation of blockchain and distributed ledger solutions, and has produced a wealth of reference knowledge via blog posts available at vinnylingham.com.
Sheri Kaiserman, Head of Advanced Securities Division, Wedbush. With over 25-years of equity sales and leadership experience, Sheri moved into her current role with Wedbush to further build the firm's Blockchain/Bitcoin initiatives, including raising money for Wedbush's early stage VC fund dedicated to investing in Blockchain enabled companies.
Stanislav Synko, CTO, Cryptix. Stan has been active in the software industry for 10-years, including 5-years building distributed teams, running a blockchain consultancy, and as a systems architect for entrepreneurs specializing in Hyperledger blockchain. He was Principal architect of the winning solution at IBM Blockchain Hackathon, and has hosted a workshop on the topic at Harvard Innovation Labs and a seminar at Rutgers University Business School. Stan joined the Cryptix team as CTO & Architect, to spearhead their technical work on a platform to provide enhanced security and digital contract capabilities in the event ticketing “arena”.
