Black Boys Code Toronto Fall 2017 Hackathon

Black Boys Code Toronto introduces our first robotics hackathon to take place at the Humber College Institute of Technology and Advanced Learning on Saturday November 18, 2017. Participants will be asked to develop the best, smartest, and most creative solution they can over the course of the BlackBoysCode Toronto Fall 2017 Hackathon Challenge. By the end of the workshop they will have programmed a physical robot to traverse obstacles. The boys will have also learned skills such as collaboration (working in teams), critical thinking (programming), and communication (presentation skills)…

Please note, students will need to bring their lunches.

This event is for boys 10 to 14 years old.

Once you have registered for this event, please fill in the online student profile, and complete the two forms which can be found at this link on our website:http://www.blackboyscode.org/parents. Please bring the two signed copies of these forms to the event. Those boys who have not checked in by 10:45 AM will forfeit their space.
